BENNET SET FOR FIRST UARA START OF 2012

Short track ace Buster Bennet of Concord, NC will be making his first
start of the 2012
racing season August 4, 2012 at Concord Speedway. Bennet holds 13 wins
at the tricky ½ mile
and considers it his home track. Once again Bennet will be driving for
long time crew chief and
former NASCAR Goody’s Dash driver/owner Maxie Bush in his #22 Ford
Fusion. Buster and
Maxie have been together for all of the driver’s 13 wins at Concord
and always seem to be a
force to reckon with at the famed ½ mile. Sponsoring the entry for the
weekend will be Mr.
Inspection of Matthews, NC. “We are grateful for the guys at Mr.
Inspection coming on board
with us for this race. They are great people over there who value
their customers and we are
proud to represent them,” Bennet states. This will be Bennet’s fifth
start in the Late Model
Touring Series that holds races in North and South Carolina,
Tennessee, and Virginia. The series
has jump started the careers of many current NASCAR starts and
upcoming stars. The August 4
event will feature a 150 lap event with a pit party to meet the
drivers at 6:30pm and the race to
follow at 7:30pm. As always Buster and wife Jennifer will be promoting
Autism Awareness as
their son Trae is on the Autism Spectrum
