2012 ROOKIE GUIDELINES
The below guide lines are used to determine the eligibility of rookie status for the 2012 UARA Rookie of the Year program.
A) Can not have been a Champion in Late Model Stock or higher division
B) Follow all UARA rules and guidelines
C) Attend all UARA Driver meetings
D) Fill out UARA-STARS Rookie Profile Sheet
E) Present yourself in a professional manner
F) Driver must take responsibility for his/her actions (not the Parent or Guardian)
G) Have an experienced spotter
H) Have 2 way radios
I) Have not competed in more than six (6) UARA-STARS touring events in a single season
J) Perform in a manner that is respectful to the other competitors
K) Rookies are allowed 2 practice days during the season out of the 5 window day.
Only teams that are signed up for the UARA 2012 rookie of the year are elgible.
Teams must contact the UARA one week prior to the test date so the UARA can work the test out with the Speedway.Any team found in violation of this rule will start in the rear and forfit all championship points for the event.
All drivers will be reviewed as the races are conducted to insure the safety of any and all competitors.
